A must for professional superb lens ,takes your photography skills to next level
An excellent lens. Versatile An excellent lens. Versatile. Good for portraits, Landscapes, creative and close up photography. The only downside is its weight particularly if fitted to a Canon Full Frame Camera, but you soon get use to it. I have used this with polarisers and ND Filters and the results are always excellent. Recent trials with close up filters turned it into a Macro lens so I would not only recommend this lens but also a selection of filters as previously mentioned. You won’t be disappointed.
Excellent Quality Lens and value for money – still good on Hi-res Camera, e.g., 5d MK 3. Replaced my 28-135 IS lens when I had my Canon 40d with the upgraded lens yielding excellent sharp results; good solid build and effective IS. This is my main lens on my Canon Setup (Nikon is main system) and used it to no problems (only problem was the nut behind the camera) yielding sharp excellent images even wide open at F/4 with beautiful brokeh as well.2 Advantages is that the Aperature is standard throughout the zoom range and also took Nikon several years to shape up and…
