This multimedia maven offers a newly developed 30.4MP full-frame CMOS sensor paired with the DIGIC 6+ image processor in order to balance fine detail and resolution with low-light performance and sensitivity. It is able to work within a native range of ISO 100-32000, which can then be expanded to an impressive ISO 50-102400, for sharp, low-noise images in a variety of conditions. Along with these improvements to image quality, users will enjoy a performance boost across the board with an enhanced AF system, built-in Wi-Fi, NFC, and GPS, and much more.

Superb Camera I have owned every iteration of the 5D and I decided to trust Canon and pre-order the Mk IV. I have to say that I am totaly blown away by the level of improvement in this camera over the extremely capable Mk III. The resolution jump is great but Canon have avoided the temptation to go too far. The most striking features are: Improved dynamic range, lower noise levels (high ISO settings are very usable), auto focus improvements both through the viewfinder and in live view. A great camera that could have been THE best, but…. The best all round camera that you can currently buy. I do love this camera because in regards to usability nothing comes close. Dual pixel autofocus and the touch screen make this an incredible performer. The problem is that it still has the AA filter and 4k features on this camera are very disappointing.
