Mine came well packaged as usual but the inner box was genuine Nikon. The hood fitted my Nikon 18-140 lens perfectly and clicked firmly in place. Good value.

A GENUINE replacement I tripped and fell while out with my camera. I wa afraid it might have been damaged but the only thing to suffer was my lens hood (fitted to a 18-140mm zoom). So – I looked at Amazon, found a genuine Nikon replacement a d ordered it.It advised on time and in a Nikon box, not a “white” one.Very pleased indeed.

A secure lens hood After much thought decided to go for this official Nikon lens hood. It does what it says on the tin. The only way it could possibly be improved in my mind, is by being a little bit more hooded. My larger 300m Nikon lens has a bit more of a ‘bucketed’ hood, meaning it’s much easier to keep the sun’s glare out. However, very pleased with this purchase.
