Excellent JPG’s but … This camera produces excellent JPG’s which are fully customisable in settings. Being an experienced Lightroom user I originally began shooting in RAW but after spending hours processing the images I realised that I could never replicate the quality of the JPG’s produced in camera, the sensor is just too small to process a quality image to enlarge. If you want a decent RAW image use another camera. The TG-5 is still plagued by the pale circular blob which appears in the centre of some images…
Great camera for walking and snorkelling I bought this to fulfill two requirements, firstly to take photographs whilst on a walking holiday, so it needed to be light, but take good panoramic shots, and secondly to use whilst snorkelling.
