Certain batch numbers dont work in Sony A7III Doesnt work in slot 1 of Sony A7III and reportedly other Sony cameras. Apparently an issue with the card not the camera? Works in slot 2 though. Any 64Gb card ending with batch no 838G is affected. Other sizes have other batch number issues as well. Plenty of data on the internet about this, wish i had read it first but never had an issue with Sandisk Extreme Pro cards before.

NOT FOR SONY. I bought two cards…neither worked on my two Sony A9’s. I repeatedly got error messages.I tried both cards in both cameras in both slots!I’m not sure what the problem is because I have lots of 95mbs cards and I have six 300mbs cards….both of which work flawlessly.
